    It doesn’t look like yellowtail to me, it’s giving seabream.

    Maybe kurodai with a spicy radish and green onion garnish. Some ponzu sauce? Maybe some sort of oil in the mix, yuzu?

    Looks like Suzuki (sea bass) almost looks like loup de mer (Mediterranean sea bass) because of location of the bloodline in the slices

    Doesn’t look like hamachi, IMO. Hamachi is more opaque and has a different texture.

    This reminds me of the albacore tuna that I ate at Sasabune.
