Sloppy Joe bowl, 1lb 99% lean turkey, glug of olive oil, can of pinto beans, can of tomato paste, seasoning packet, bag of corn, bag of riced cauliflower medley.
Taco bowl, 1lb 99% lean turkey, glug of olive oil, can of black beans, can of rotel tomato and chilis, seasoning packet + spoon of cayenne, bag of corn, bag of riced cauliflower medley.

I don’t think I could do two bowls a day (would like a bit more variety) but I LOVE how efficient this is!! How long did it take to prep?
