Tried my hand at roasted pork ribs over the weekend with a new Weber and Typhur thermometer. Took it low and slow and thought I botched it halfway through… but it actually turned out pretty solid! Ribs came out with a nice bark, juicy inside, and just the right pull. Still figuring out my seasoning and smoke balance, but not bad for a first try.
