Sir Isaac Gluten was looking a little tired, so I did a couple of feedings back to back and he is ready to GO!

Last feed:

  • 110g Sir Issac Gluten, the Infinite
  • 7g Danko rye whole grain
  • 13g Rouge de Bordeaux whole wheat
  • 90g Rouge de Bordeaux type 00
  • 110g water

And with this flour, Sir Isaac currently smells like a cinnamon roll with sour cream frosting!
