Sir Isaac Gluten was looking a little tired, so I did a couple of feedings back to back and he is ready to GO!
Last feed:
- 110g Sir Issac Gluten, the Infinite
- 7g Danko rye whole grain
- 13g Rouge de Bordeaux whole wheat
- 90g Rouge de Bordeaux type 00
- 110g water
And with this flour, Sir Isaac currently smells like a cinnamon roll with sour cream frosting!
