    800 max. Rice noodles are basically the same if not more voluminous as pasta. 350 calories in the noodle, 100 for the broth, and 250 for the protein. More for the sides >100

    Pho is pretty low calorie all things considered. It’s usually 250-400 for the noodles, 150-300 for the protein, ~50 for garnishes, 50-100 for the broth. You normally end up with about 600-800. Your noodles look a bit thicker than the kind I usually get, but it’s probably somewhere in the middle. I usually end up logging my chicken pho around 650 and beef 700.
