Honestly, not bad. It’s not visually stunning, but it covers the bases mostly. She needs some greens tho.

Looks good except from a macro standpoint it is missing some essential fats.

I wish I didn’t care about food and could eat something like this daily

Not shredding the carrot is some inspirational level of not giving a fuck

  5. I thought she needed a vegetable but nope. That’s one shiny ass hotdog-lookin carrot

Is a “meal prep” like an amuse bouche?

Could be much worse, there’s spices so that’s better than just chicken and rice.

I don’t understand why all the healthy food lacks any sort of seasoning lol like at least throw some goddamn salt and pepper on those noodles?!

She must save so much money on toilet paper.

Does this friend eat this with cutlery that is chained to the table, as is required by law?

Raw dogging the carrot and unsauced noodles is wild, but at least the chicken is seasoned.

  12. no matter what anyone says, chicken with some form of carb will always go hard

OP you 💯 sure she is eating that carrot or just um, ‘admiring’ it instead?

  14. At least I could mix the pasta with the chicken before putting it in the tupperware, to see if that way the pasta didn’t look like a disease. I understand that the carrot is for the animal.

Looks like a calorie counter thing. Hope she changes up her other meals a bit.

Is the fusilli too big? Or is the container too small? Is it the perspective? Is it me?

    I mean it’s healthy? I guess…

Ive taken more depressing lunches to work that’s for sure.

  18. Every day? Might get a bit stale, but not shitty at all.

What’s wrong with pasta, chicken, and a weiner?

Maybe it could use some vegetables, but I’m in no position to judge.
