This eaay, healthy and delicious veggie quiche recipe is SUPER EASY to make and really Flavorful! It’s perfect for breakfast, brunch and dinner and looks so beautiful to present for any gathering or party!

[Ingredients] (serves 2-3)
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
Frozen vegetables of your choice
(like broccoli, mushroom or spinach)
6 eggs
1 cup whole milk
Salt & pepper to taste (1tsp)
Mini tomatoes (a handful)
Shredded cheese (optional)

[How to make]
1 Chop onion and garlic and sauté in an oiled pan until soften
2 Add your frozen vegetables and cook til tender, transfer into an oiled baking pie dish
3 in a medium bowl, mix 6 eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Mix well.
4 Pour the egg mixture over the veg mixture
5 Sprinkle some shredded cheese (optional)
6 Place sliced mini tomatoes on top
7 Bake at 375 for 50min until the top is nice and golden
