Picanha in the gmg for 3hrs at 200.. then into the airfryer for 10 min to crisp the fat cap.

  1. You’re much better served using your oven broiler for 2-3 mins to not run overcooking after the work you put in to smoke it.

    Looks good, I’ll have to try that next time. Last one I used the Blackstone to crust up the fat cap, worked pretty good.
