hi y'all 👋 so I've been obsessed with Hanjan brand of soju, most specifically their apple flavor. I like that it's 16% and that it wasn't too sweet. the bar I work at got a new delivery of the apple soju, and upon tasting it, I noticed they changed the recipe. it's sweeter but in a bad way 🙁
so I'm looking for soju recommendations for not too sweet brands/flavors! and to comment to a very niche subject, why did they change their recipe 😭

Totally feel you—when a favorite drink gets reformulated, it *hurts*. Especially with soju, where sweetness levels make or break the experience.

I like the good days, but its probably the cheapest brand. the plum and pinapple flavors are great.
