    How I spent my 30th birthday morning. Leftover Krug and a sub from the day before, why not.

    The nose is caramel apple and honeydew melon, upon first sip you’re met with plenty of bubbles that carry a nice bright juicy acidity with a bruised apple forward note, then comes the brioche, silky tannins and the age on some of the reserve wines in the blend showing their deeper nutty characteristics, all of that leads to a medium/long finish of honey drizzled rocks with a side of Werther’s originals.
