When you make omelettes for Mother’s Day, they’re Momlettes 🤗💐!!! It’s a perfect and easy way to personalize breakfast for the special ladies in your life! What are you adding to your Momlettes?

Recipe & Tips:
Cook and crumble your favorite Swaggerty’s Farm sausage (hot, mild, Italian, etc.) we used our premium breakfast patties. Use 12 oz – 1 lb depending on how many servings.
Prep or cook any additional ingredients (sauté veggies or keep them fresh).
Shred any of your favorite cheeses.
For each omelette whisk together two eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a medium skillet to medium and melt 1/2 Tbsp of butter. When butter is melted, pour in eggs and let cook until mostly set, then lightly push sides in. Add your favorite ingredients to one side. Cook until eggs are fully cooked (you can cover with a lid to help cook quicker). Fold the empty side over and enjoy!
