1. Scallops with butter, white wine and parsley + sauté spinach (pretty self explanatory)
2. No bun cheese burger on sprouts and mashed cauliflower
3. Rotisserie chicken salad on sprouts
-chicken salad: mayo, celery, olives, salt, pepper

7. Homemade quiche with salad. I thin slice sweet potato and arrange it on the pan as the crust. It’s awesome.
