That looks great. I’m not sure how you managed to use 10 cups of apples & get pie cooked through without burning crust. Maybe the trick is to use a crumble crust instead of pastry on top. I love the filling ratio, it looks full & lush so I’m gonna try to duplicate this myself. Also, I’ve always used 3 Tabs. of flour in filling instead of cornstarch so maybe that will make a difference. It takes a village to raise a good pie!
