  1. Made for Mother’s Day last weekend. The pork chop was finished at 145 F (medium), the beets were grilled in tin foil w/ EVOO, 4 peppercorn grind & Himalayan pink sea salt and the carrots were also cooked in tin foil along with EVOO + Hy’s seasoning salt.
