Most of my pizza is over cooked, some it is undercooked and a little bit of it is cooked kinda okay. It’s really a shambles

Looks like you didn’t pre heat your oven properly and opened the door several times during the cooking

Oh my oven used to do this, landlord said it was fine and refuses to fix it. I just turned whatever I was cooking around halfway through cooking every time. Occasionally once more if it needed a lot of time.

Rotate it 180 degrees halfway through. Also your oven might cook hotter than it says. Turn it down by 25 degrees

Turn in the oven next time.

As uneven as it is, I do think you got it out of the oven at a crucial moment… the overcooked side isn’t fully burnt, and the cheese is melted on the undercooked side. It’s not a pizza to be proud of, but you can probably eat a decent percent of that pie and learn from your mistakes.

Use an oven thermometer, and the backside of your oven seems to run hot so rotate the pan 180 halfway through cooking to even things out.

I blame your oven, honestly. I’ve had shitty ovens in apartments that were nightmares.

The heating element is going out in your oven. Might be able to get a replacement if your oven isn’t too old.

Oven crime, not a pizza crime.

Place it directly on the rack instead of the sheet? I wonder if that’ll help.
Otherwise, the oven is at fault here. OP is only guilty of expecting a delicious pizza.

Sounds like your oven’s playing roulette, time for a pizza stone or new baking method

I feel like its a choose you own adventure. Win?

Once we turned the oven temperature up too high. Twelve minutes later we had a pizza that was half burnt and half frozen. It had a dividing line down the center. My sister was hi so she spent 20 minutes lifting up the frozen half and letting it clunk on the stovetop. The punchline was “bang.”

your oven doesnt heat evenly could be several things but if its deeply dirty throughout that could definitely be a part of it
