20″ French baguette
4 hard large eggs
4 tomatoes sliced
1 medium red onion
4 cans of solid tuna in olive oil 2.8″ each (drain from the oil)
For the olive tapenade or spread:
1 cup unpitted kalamata purple olives
2 pickles
2 large or 3 medium garlic cloves
1 sall bunch of celintro
50ml olive oil
3 anchovy in olive oil
Salt & pepper. Be careful anchovy is salted
Mix all the ingredients in a chopper. It should be like a spread texture.
