    4 tbsp peanut butter powder/ 2 tbsp sugar free syrup
    Plain Greek yogurt (2/3 cup)
    Banana 3.7 oz
    Purely Elizabeth peanut butter granola 1/4 cup (30g)
    Half a tbsp of honey and 1 packet of Splenda for taste of yogurt .
