Currently dog sitting for parents and they said I could have these leftovers. I do know that my dad used Patak’s butter chicken sauce (60 cal per 1/4 cup aka 63g), and he probably did cook the chicken in vegetable oil or something. Not sure if chicken breast or thigh, but I notice he typically buys breast (white meat). Not sure if rice is jasmine or white (yes I know that’s not typically the type of rice used for this kind of dish but that’s all I see in the pantry). Guessing 800 for this full portion?
