Hi! I've just planted those two peppers (cayenne, first two pics and espelette the two lasts). I was wondering if I should trim them or not. For plants like basil, it's easy, but peppers I struggle to identify the needs of triming.
If so, where should I cut? For the cayenne I was thinking about the top head, but the other one it's quite tricky.
Thanks!

Nope! Just leave them be..they look great! No need to remove any growth.
Edit – Actually just remove any leaves that are at the very bottom that would be susceptible to having soil splash up on them when it rains to prevent potential soilborne diseases.
Ideally, you want to pinch off the bottom-most leaves 2 or 3 days before transplanting to allow them time to heal. After that initial prune, you don’t need to prune them again. There are no actual benefits of pruning pepper plants.
