Fruit tart 🍓🥭🥝!!


We got this 18” tart shell pan when I worked to a hotel and I wanted to try using it 😂 this was fun to make but I’d like to remake it one day. It’s strawberry jelly with pastry cream and fruits on top! Gold and flowers for garnish.
