This turned out amazing, I smoked it for ~1hr until 110 internal and then seated it on the Weber kettle with some lump charcoal for a few mins on each side.

I’ve only even bought picanha once and it was really good. But it’s just my wife and I so buying that whole cut never made sense for me, same reason I never buy a pork shoulder.

Seeing you cook like this… I could get like 4 meals if I cut it and freeze it. That’s genius. Thank you.

Beautiful! It gets better when you cut across the grain. Way to go!

That looks awesome! Did you use any seasoning or just stuck with salt?

I’m flipping the meat card on the table back over to green for a slice of that.

You cooked it absolutely perfectly. My only critique is to take it off the skewer and slice it nice and thin across the grain next time.

This cut of meat rapidly became a personal favorite of my girlfriend and me. So much flavor and so juicy.
