Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 yellow cake mix along with its ingredients
1 tsp Mexican vanilla blend
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Vanilla wafers
1 cup milk
1 can evaporated milk
7 oz Sweetened condensed milk
3.4 oz zero sugar banana pudding box
4 oz cool whip

Hey guys, today I’m going to share with you how I make a tres leches banana pudding cake. So if you want to learn how to make this super easy and delicious dessert, just stay tuned and I’ll show you how. All right guys, so here I already have all my ingredients. As always, it will be listed in the description box. So with that being said, let’s begin baking. Okay, so we’re going to begin by making our cake. To a bowl, add one banana and begin to smash it down. Once we smash down the banana, add one teaspoon of Mexican vanilla blend, a little cinnamon powder. Going to add three eggs, vegetable oil, and one cup of milk. It’s going to begin to mix it all together. And once that’s mixed, we’re going to add our yellow cake mix. Now mix it till everything is well combined. Okay, so once we have our cake batter, now we can get ready to transfer it to our baking dish. Okay, so now we’re just going to butter our baking dish. So make sure you get it all around. Okay, I’m going to be pouring a little bit of my cake batter. Just going to create a layer of that. And this is just going to help our vanilla wafers not move around when we pour the rest of the cake batter. So now just add a layer of the vanilla wafers and they’re going to go to the top layer, but this is just to help it to stay and not move around once we pour all of the batter. Once we have that, we can pour the rest of the cake batter. And just make sure to even it out. Okay. Now, to the oven it goes at 350Β° for about 30 to 35 minutes or until that cake is fully baked. Okay. So, after 30 minutes, check your cake to make sure that it is fully cooked. Okay. Now, we’re just going to allow it to cool down between 20 to 30 minutes. All right. Okay. So, after at least 20 minutes, we’re going to get ready to poke our cake. So, just poke it all around. All right. So, once we have that, now we can get ready to make our tres leches mixture. Okay. Now, to a mixing cup, add one cup of milk, one can of evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Now, I’m going to be adding about half a can just because I don’t want it to be too sweet. But of course, you can always add less or more. And I just mix it all together. Okay. And once we have that, we can pour it all over our cake. And if you don’t want your tres leches cake to be very wet, then you can always add less. Okay. So now we’re just going to cover it and place it in our refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours. All right. So my cake has been soaking overnight. So now we are ready to make our banana pudding. Okay. Okay. So, for our banana pudding, we’re going to be mixing one cup and a half of milk and one packet of sugarfree banana cream pudding. And of course, you can always use a regular one, but again, we don’t want this to be overly sweet. So, we’re just going to mix it for about 2 minutes or until it begins to thicken up. Okay. And after 2 minutes, our banana pudding should have thickened up. So, now we’re going to be folding in 4 oz of Cool Whip. Or you could use one cup of heavy cream and just beat it until it’s nice and thick. So, just make sure that you mix it together. And don’t worry, this is going to thicken up once we allow it to chill. Once that’s mixed, we can put in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for about 5 minutes. Okay. And after 5 minutes, we can now get ready to spread our banana pudding over our cake. And you can always add a layer of bananas before adding the pudding. That’s just going to be up to you and how you want to serve it. And I’m just going to top my cake with some crumbled vanilla wafers. Again, you can serve it and decorate it however you want. which is going into kitchen very soon. All righty. And just like that, we have our delicious tres leches pudding cake. So now we can get ready to serve and enjoy. All righty, guys. And now for the best part, the taste test. Now, let me tell you guys that I hope you give this recipe a try. This is seriously super easy to make. It’s so delicious. I promise you everyone in your family is going to love and enjoy. This is combining two delicious desserts into one. It’s honestly the best.
