I don’t have a grill or smoker so I cooked the meats in my oven
Homemade bacon green beans, amped up boxed macaroni and cheese, homemade pickled red onions, jiffy cornbread because it’s my favorite, and some plain toast. Oven baked pork ribs and bbq chicken

Looks good, OP! I’ve had to do oven BBQ when I didn’t have the right equipment too, so I feel you. Besides, yours looks better than a lot of the stuff I see on here that’s actually made on a smoker. 😄

It’s more similar to BBQ than all of the people who post grilling content here if you ask me! Obviously there’s no smoke element but if you cook a meal like this low and slow with typical BBQ seasonings and all, I put that in the BBQ camp!

How’d you amp up the mac?
WhatTheBlack
Kraft Mac and cheese and canned green beans in a plastic molcajete. Mods, make this the sub’s banner, I beg of you.

I’ll wait until you get a real grill, then we can compare the flavors
