125 g starter 362 ml warm water 12g salt 500g plain flour
This was dough taken after my ingredients were mixed to see how much it has risen, it didn’t get any stretches or folds! Below is the recipe for the main loaf.
Mixed in order of recipe. Tucked and folded at random intervals. 30% rise, sectioned off, shaped and refrigerate overnight.
Cooked covered for 10 min at 475, then uncovered for 15 min.
