it did not taste as good as I thought it would 😠but overall made for a satisfying weekday lunch
I forgot to add seasonings as I was in a rush, I know that would have made it taste 10x better.

Me looking for the “melt”

Try the Aldi half fat grated cheese instead, it’s sooo much better and it actually melts! Pretty much the same macros I think and a whole 40p cheaper 🥹

I love tuna melts but I have to add a slice of cheese even with the calories..my favorite is munster cheese. Mix some dill in the tuna and add some tomatoes and sprouts.

Is the cheese in the room with us now?

you can add a lot to tuna to make it more exciting.Â
i love adding diced granny smith apple, cornichon, whole grain mustard, and fresh herbs. dill, chives, parsley, and thyme are my favorite but marjoram or tarragon are good too if you can find them. you can also use plain nonfat greek yogurt as a binder instead of mayo.Â
