お早うございます。日本は午前８時１０分です。今日の御料理は🇹🇷トルコの御料理ですね。図書館でトルコ料理というのを見たことがあります。肉も魚もお米も出てきました。トルコと言う国はイメージだと東洋と西洋の混ざった感じの何とも不思議な魅力の国のような感じです。ビザンチン帝国と言うのを聞いたことがあります。ビザンチンをイメージした香水が有名でした。ビザンスと言うようなラベルでした。
