The boba won’t add much. What’s relevant is the sugar and that’s an entirely unknowable thing from the photo and description.
It’s a bit vague, sorry, but unless it’s “teaspoon stands up on its own” levels of sugary, I doubt it’s as high as 800 kcal. Starting guess (and really it IS just a guess) maybe 400 ish?

The average milk tea boba is 500-600 so probably yes. However it really varies across shops, especially the syrups they use.

id say 400 to be safe

As someone who worked at boba place for 2 yrs ; if you want lowest calories you should avoid milk teas and stick with black or green teas and sub tapioca boba to popping boba/jelly .. only drawback is they are pretty much entirely made of sugar whereas milk tea might have some protein and other nutrients
For this specific drink I think : green tea ~ 10 cals Blueberry syrup ~ 250 cals (syrups are usually 100 cals/ oz and ratio is 1 oz of syrup every 8-12 oz of tea if it’s 100% regular sweetness ) mango & raspberry boba ~ 70 cals ( 1 serving is usually 35 cal ) So I would say about 300-350
