3:15 at 225, cut and sauced and then 1:15 at 250. Smoked on apple and oak pellets in an electric pizza oven. I wouldn't change a thing next time.

    PB burnt ends are my all-time favorite thing to bbq. There are so many wonderful variations to explore. In my next batch, I’ll use root beer as the braising liquid. It just might be legendary. Or it might could be the launch code for the mud rockets. Only one way to find out.
