Saw this on social media and ordered a castle mold the next day. It was very fun to eat with the fam and toddler pointed out the turrets corner castle is like a volcano when separated. So now i can also make volcano macNcheese.

Added a handful of shredded cheese to help bind. It was really fun. Might blend some broccoli or tomatoes into the next one to make a veg boosted red or green castle.

It will take 3 kraft mac boxes to fill but i only used 2 this time. Will try a shells homemade version next time. Got to teach the kid how to take "dragon bites" (no spoons chomps right from the castle turrets) very fun!

The castle of noodly cheese beckons to be plundered of its riches! What treasures lie behind the fortress walls of margarin and elbow macaronis!!

Let it sit in a plastic thing? To cool? Poured it hot into there? It’s not plastic and you baked it in there?

I see you’ve got the MiraLAX on standby and ready to go…

  8. While its a silicone mold and doesn’t need greasing, you can probably still grease it and coat it in bread crumbs or crushed chips or something, then load in the mac & cheese.
