Looks like Acorn Jelly being served up like a noodle.

Havent seen this myself, but not opposed to it.

Looks like Shirataki noodles made from konjak, a root vegetable. They are kinda like tapioca things. It is a real thing.

They sell something similar in grocery stores. Generally labeled as carb free. More than one serving might give you the squirts.

What would be rage inducing about this either way?

i feel like the texture of this would be like eating worms lol

probably delicious worms…. but idk if i could handle it lol

  6. Acorn jelly ! More of a texture thing – needs a strong sauce to pop.

I will never again knowingly eat konjak noodles, wtf. My partner at the time had no sympathy for my plight either. Now I know better.

I am foaming at the mouth with pure animal rage after seeing this noodle video. I’ve been baited

  13. Wait until you find out how Chinese people make dao xiao mian (translates literally to knife cut noodles).

It’s likely konyakku or konjak or something similar. Very common

  15. I mean if you get rage bait by this, you shouldn’t be looking at what china food trends were last 2 years

Dottorimuk (acorn starch) is my guess. It’s a Korean dish. It’s delicious.
