    I actually serve it with a couple of icecubes to keep it cool, as I’m usually eating it in hot weather

    I wondered where that sentence was going before my dwarf brain kicked in shortly after. I remember having to make a few gazpacho suops when I was actually training as a comis chef… I was instantly reminded of rimmer haha.

    I’ve only had proper Gazpacho once – in quite a fancy restaurant when I was away with work.

    To be honest, I couldn’t help feeling it would have been nicer piping hot!

    Let me explain something to you. If you’re expecting something ice cold, and you bring it up to your lips and it’s room temp, it’s going to feel like your mouth’s on fire. It’s gonna feel like your body’s on fire.
