Give them a cold water shower in the sink, upside down, to make them go away, but they will come back. Spray them with 1:10 dish soap in water and they will mostly die but they will come back. You can buy pesticides like Malathion but it’s chemicals on your plants, not organic anymore. Put them outside so natural predators will take care of them.

Anyway yeah, rinse them off thoroughly to get rid of them and repot with fresh soil. Blow torch that old soil. Blow torch the room they’re in.

I’ve been told Aphids are born pregnant (not true..) so It’s a vicious cycle to break.

Use a vacuum! The skinny attachment part on it for reaching crevices. I’ve done it in the past with some of my plants and it took those fuckers right off.

They’re gonna be set way back but you can recover them. Cold water, spray them hard every day until you see them clear of the infestation. Then let them rebuild.
