Pork sirloin on the bone and old grandad

Ignore the slight singe. I’ve been drinking 903 maple coffee stout and some old grandad mixed with coke. I impulse bought some pork sirloin recently and I wanted to bake it and make some gravy and veggies to top it with. Don’t judge me lmao my husband loves liquid cabbage so I’m making it boiled with a shit ton of seasoning like a dry ass stew and some spinach. Don’t know what to do with the potatoes tho. Might mash them later. Feeding hubby, a friend, and our two roommates so I love cooking lots of food for lots of people! I hope it tastes good and is fully cooked before I get too far gone. Only reason why I’m drinking is because the boys are playing a silent hill and that’s too spooky for me so I’m also wearing noise canceling headphones and playing the bugsnax playlist on repeat! If you have any music recommendations I’ll gladly take those too I can’t handle spoooky shit
