I want to show you how easy it is to make siki. I have just grated some cucumber. You can grate it with your grater. I’ve just done it this way. And then I’ve um going to put it in a nutmilk bag and squeeze out all the water. This step is really important because otherwise your tanziki will be very watery. Um so make sure you squeeze out all that juice. You can see look how much comes out for YouTube.
