Recipe:
6 tomatoes 4 jalapeños 1 chunk of white onion 2 garlic cloves & Chile de arbol to taste (I used chili powder instead)
Roast the veggies until soft and charred. Add to a blender. Quickly toast the chile de arbol so it doesn’t burn. Add it to the blender with salt to taste.

Looks great. I’d add some lime juice and cilantro before blending

If you blend the jalapeños first by themselves and then add everything else plus lime it will prevent it from going brown and will be bright red.

I would use at least half and onion if not a full onion to match your other ratios, but of course it’s all down to your flavor preference. And like another comment said, some cilantro and lime (again down to preference) but still the finished product looks delicious. Nicely done!

I’ve found adding a little bit of chicken bouillon is a game changer for salsa/pico.
