Looks like a good medium verging on maybe medium rare, definitely not well or even medium well.
I would go rarer personally but wouldn’t complain with this. If you don’t like it too rare that’s probably pretty much perfect.

perfectly. i dunno how “well” can be part of the descriptor. well means there is barely to no pink. and that is pretty damn pink. at worst , that is medium, which imo is the most done a steak should be.
