i have so many ways i enjoy them! one of my favs is to dump the whole can, oil and all, over hot rice. can add slices of avocado, everything basil seasoning, hot sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili crisp…anything your heart desires even a fried egg…the runny yolk marries it all perfectly:)

  3. i like on bread or crackers with siracha.

you can also mush them up with a bit of mayo and relish like tuna salad

Hot toasted sourdough, lots of butter. Squeeze of lemon, red onion (pickled if you have it), and some dill. Crack of pepper never hurt. Enjoy!

Some People will scarf them right out of the tin

Some People prefer their sardines to be thin

Some People add class with some toast or a cracker

Some People are only a late-night fish snacker

Some People like mustard, or onions, or both

Some People eat plain ones for pure muscle growth

Some People have salads or stir them in rice

Some People use hot sauce to crank up the spice

There are plenty of ways that some people make do

Now you’ve got to find out, which Some People are you?

  6. You certainly picked a couple of winners for your first go.

I use a lot of different things. For today’s lunch I had a serving of toasted nori slices, wrapped the fish bits, just as they were. Delicious. I down it with a nice cup of jasmine tea, or green tea matcha.

Other times I use toast with hot sauce, or a serving of rice with thin slices of ginger.

    You’ll get plenty of suggestions!

However ypu eat other meat should suffice here. Theyre cooked so heating is optional. Don’t microwave unless you love the smell of fish.

I like coating them in a bit of cornflour, salt, pepper, then put them in the air fryer. Enjoy with a squeeze of lemon and a bit of tartare🤌
