Vegan Hummus – Super Easy!
Looking for a quick, creamy, and healthy snack? This fiber-rich vegan hummus is ready in just 5 minutes and tastes amazing. Smooth, flavorful, and packed with plant-based goodness—it’s the perfect dip or spread for any occasion!

Ingredients:
1.5 cups cooked chickpeas (save 1 tsp for garnish)

1/4 cup reserved chickpea water

1/4 cup tahini sauce

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice

2 tbsp cold water or 1/4 cup chopped ice (for lighter color)

Optional: 1/2 cup roasted red peppers

Directions:
Add everything (except peppers) to a food processor or high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth—add water as needed.

Toss in roasted red peppers last and blend again.

Pour into a bowl, swirl with a spoon, garnish with chickpeas, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle with basil or herbs.
