Water
— 15g
Sugar
— 6g
Dry yeast
— 400g / 13.5 oz
Bread flour
— 8g
salt
— Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C/464°F for 25 minutes.

Oh my goodness. I like to think I vaguely know my way around the kitchen, but this is life changing. Brilliant video, I followed it to the letter, did not have the special oven tray so just llined with baking paper and crated a ridge between the two loafs by putting a knife sharpener under the paper. Best bread ever. THANK YOU!!
