Today, I’m sharing an amazing cookie recipe with you, enriched with tahini and hazelnuts. These cookies are so soft and crumbly that they melt in your mouth! You’ll definitely love them!

Ingredients List
250 g butter (at room temperature)

1 egg

1 small glass (turkish tea glass) of vegetable oil

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 cup powdered sugar

5 cups flour (added gradually)

Half a packet baking powder

For topping:

Tahini

Granulated sugar

Chopped hazelnuts

Written Recipe
Put the butter into a mixing bowl.

Add the egg, vegetable oil, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar. Mix well.

Add 3 cups of flour and baking powder initially.

Gradually add more flour to form a soft, non-sticky dough.

Take walnut-sized pieces of dough and shape them into balls.

Place them spaced apart on a parchment-lined tray.

Press the center of each ball with a rolling pin to create a dent.

Add about 1 teaspoon of tahini into each dent.

Sprinkle some granulated sugar and chopped hazelnuts over them.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 15-20 minutes, checking frequently.

Let them cool completely before serving.

Tips
Add the flour gradually and check the dough consistency.

Be careful not to overfill with tahini to avoid spreading.

Cookies will firm up as they cool down.

You can substitute hazelnuts with walnuts or almonds.

Always bake with control as oven temperatures may vary.
