This one still has a lot of potential, but I hadn’t realized the lasagna sheets were folded over when I made the advised cut down the middle, so I ended up messing them up and kinda having to roll 2 together? Or make really small ones. So there were some that were a bit thick.
Filling was delicious though, and the crostini were super light and easy.
I actually made these the night before so I wouldn’t have to bake when hungry, lol. Hence the sauce being a bit absorbed/settled into the pasta by this point.
