Finally I tried this recipe and it's amazing. Its a little bit long with more ingredients but it's deserved.
For the rolls.
I fry with a little bit olive oil – onions, chipped papers, carrots and after they re almost done i add a soybeans mince. I scrambling everytimg with spices: black paper, salt, curry and sumak.
When everything is done I prepare the rice husks.
Prepare the rolls and after that fry them with a little bit olive oil to seal it.
In a muticooker I prepare a white rice with curry, black paper, salt, lemon grass and white paper.
I sprinkling with parsley.
When I make the dish I cut and cucumber put some salt in it and everything is done.

Oddly shaped maybe more like parcels, look good though, and a great choice of sides
