    Good effort, but you’ll find spaghetti much more forgiving as the vehicle for the sauce. Mezze rigatoni are a bit of a trendy one at the moment but don’t really work as well IMO unless you really know what you’re doing.

    Fully undercooked though – just looks like you dumped broken egg onto the cooked pasta and let it hang out in a cold pan
