For volume eating, I highly recommend Quorn chick’n pieces. The rice was cooked with turmeric and cumin seeds, and the beans were cooked with some taco seasoning. Everything was so tasty, and I started feeling full about a third of the way into the meal. The bowl is about 8” across, for size reference.
