    They do have the extra hot, it’s still not very hot, but it’s there.

    The challenge is you can only get so spicy with the peppers they use, if they changed peppers it wound fundamentally change the flavor.

    That being said there are plenty of much hotter Mexican style sauces out there. Gringo Bandito and Palo Alto Firefighters have some nice low-medium best ones. Butterfly Bakery of Vermont has Taco Vibes Only if you want something very hot.

    you can buy chili powers and add them. they do not change the flavour.
