Several of mine are like this now. I’m interested to see what others say. Last year I trimmed off the dead ends at a joint/elbow/whatever and that seemed to work.

It looks like it’s doing it already. Maybe cut off the dead ends.

The brown parts are dead. You can cut them off. The soil looks dry, water it. Is there aphids or other bugs on it? Give it some fertilizer before it starts to yellow.
It might be tricky to get the shape to look good. Its going to grow new branches on every knuckle. You decide if you want a low bush, or a taller tree like shape. You dont have to prune, just let it grow wild if you want.

Looks like its already underway but you could cut off the brown ends and fertilize it.

Test the ends to see if they bend or break right off, they might be dead, but the rest is waking back up and I wouldn’t do much else. It’ll take off when the weather is hot
