  1. You’re in for a treat. It’s for bibimbap. 

    Definitely check some videos to see how it’s prepared, but all you need is some steamed rice. I also highly recommend a runny fried egg to get mixed with the rice and vegetables.

    I think the top left is stirfried bellflower roots (doraji namul), not daikon. The rest looks correct.

    Bibimbap is absolutely my favorite Korean dish. I ordered it all over s. Korea and continue to order it now that I’m home, 20 years later.

    I prefer the rice bowl version over the dolsot hot stone version. I like a fried egg over the top with runny yolk over mixing it up to cook the egg.

    Put everything, including the sauce in the middle on top of rice. Mix together while adding sesame oil and one or two sunny side up fried eggs. You now have a great bibimbop for a meal.
