I did the meatballs a little bit earlier. This is a pain in the neck man to do these. But you know how we do them? We put them we put the mixture in a piping bag and we just line it and then we cut a lany so and then we deep fry them. Okay. So that they got a nice flavor because when they go in the soup they’re going to release all the juices slowly which doesn’t exist in Italy. This is a completely North American thing but all over Italy straatella is super popular but they don’t call it Italian wedding soup.
