Didnt realize the camera backfocused in the picture lol!

Really simple…rotel, velveeta, crawfish tails, cajun seasoning and a little miller lite. All that was tossed on my ez bake oven at 225 for 2 hours. Lightly smoky, really messy and delicious queso.

Making queso back home in Louisiana was always rotel and velveeta in the microwave. I took that and made it my way. 👌

    This is the second time I’ve seen someone call their pit an ez bake oven in the past day or so between this and the BBQ sub.

    Back in Kansas our queso was rotel & velveeta. I thought it was a German thing
    I don’t have any crawfish but might try something similar.
    If I make this I plan to drink at least 8 miller lites. Is that enough?

    That looks awesome. Haven’t used Velveeta in a while, the price is bonkers, but if you’re gonna do crawfish, go all the way!
