    Ingredients

    – 4 plain rice cakes

    – 30g PB2

    – 50g Vedge Nutrition protein powder

    – Unsweetened plain yogurt

    – A splash of water

    – Low-calorie jelly

    – Blueberries (optional)

    Instructions

    – Lay out 4 rice cakes – these will be your base.

    – In a bowl, add PB2 and protein powder.

    – Add a spoon or two of unsweetened plain yogurt to the bowl.

    – Add a little water gradually while stirring to form a thick, pudding-like consistency.

    – Spread the peanut butter-protein mixture gently on top of each rice cake.

    – Top each rice cake with a small amount of low-calorie jelly.

    – Add blueberries on top if desired (if you want to)

    – Enjoy your high-protein snack
